Design Features
- Bolted Body – Bonnet Joint.
- Stem threads are outside the pressure containing parts & never come in contact with the working fluid thus avoiding corrosion of threads.
- Back seating arrangement permits the replacement of gland packing in fully open position while the Valve is under inline pressure.
- Bolted Self Aligning Two piece gland.
- Renewable 13% Cr. Stainless Steel Body Seat Ring and Disc/Weld deposit Disc Facing Ring having difference in hardness of at least 50 HB.
- Ample depth of Stuffing Box.
- Sturdy spoked Handwheel is provided for operation of the valve.
- Designed for tight shut off and efficient fluid flow control.
Certification
IBR Test Certificate in FORM III-C duly signed by the Director of Boilers, Punjab is provided for Valves to be used on steam service.
For service other than steam our own Works Test Certificate shall be issued.
